Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon/Northern Ireland

Our clients are seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their intimate team. They are looking for someone passionate about pet care and customer service to join their practice in County Down and support their vision for small animal care.

The practice offers a high medical and surgical caseload, including challenging ECC cases, and provides a comprehensive grounding in all aspects of general practice, both medical and surgical. They are well-equipped with digital x-ray, a lab suite, advanced ultrasound, and more, enabling thorough medical and surgical investigations. They provide both first and second opinion services across Northern Ireland and offer opportunities for career progression in both clinical and management roles.  

In taking this role you will become an integral part of the team, where everyone feels like family and works together as one.  Applicants will therefore ideally be excellent communicators, who work well as part of a team and sole charge when required.  While this role is 100% small animal, our clients would also be happy to hear from veterinary surgeons looking to embrace their passion for both small animal and equine cases.

The practice itself is ideally located within an hour’s drive of both Dublin and Belfast making it easily accessible and a fantastic base for further exploration of Ireland and the UK.
