Have you there must be a more effective way to work in practice?
Are you someone seeking a better work/life balance while remaining in a clinical role? Would you like to own part of a veterinary business and build something for the future?
Maybe you are keen to be part of something new, progressive and ready for a change? Then look no further!
We are super excited to be representing this client that is about to open their first of many new veterinary practices in London that are looking to disrupt the norm. By offering a subscription service that is looking to redefine how we provide veterinary care whilst not compromising quality or care. For a low amount per month clients will be able to access all areas of veterinary care (does not include surgery and medications) but all diagnostics, consultations and clinical advice IS included. Providing an initial video consult service to ensure the patient can be triaged correctly before coming into the practice allows you to manage the caseload and your clinical day. Making veterinary care affordable for everyone which will also negate for any difficult conversations with clients about payment, ensuring you can get on with what is important day to day.
We are seeking someone who is a passionate and enthusiastic RVN, who really cares about delivering a high standard of care but is also talented and ready to achieve more. You will be pushed to your clinical limits and beyond, as you will be expected to develop your skills and expertise within the bounds of schedule 3 regulations. The work/life balance is a full time role at 34 hours a week for a starting salary of around £32,000 per annum. This rota gives you plenty of time to develop other interests, locum or just spend time doing things you love.
On top of this fantastic salary package you will also receive equity in the company, 6.6 weeks of paid annual leave, unlimited care for you pets, amazing career opportunities as the business grows and much more! All the usual additions of professional memberships, CPD allowances etc, are also a given and not seen as additional benefits here but a must have.
