Are you a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) looking to elevate your career in a supportive and progressive environment? My Leicestershire based client, a well-established and RCVS-accredited practice, is seeking a compassionate and skilled RVN to join their friendly team. Covering two small animal branches, this role offers an enriching experience in a state-of-the-art setting.

Imagine working in a recently refurbished surroundings equipped with cutting-edge facilities, including two theatres, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and separate cat and kennel wards. You will be part of a large dynamic and experienced team.

Your role will encompass all aspects of veterinary nursing, from theatre practice and ward nursing to nurse consults, laboratory work, and schedule 3 procedures.  Special interests are valued and encouraged with Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Some of the current nurses are pursuing certificates in surgical, diagnostic imaging, and emergency and critical care, and you will have the same opportunities to advance your skills.

The position offers a competitive salary of up to £27,700, depending on experience, with a 37-hour workweek based on a four-day schedule. The Saturday morning rota is a manageable 1 in 7 currently, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
