Veterinary Surgeons sought for expanding team in Portsmouth.
You'll be joining a longstanding team, some of whom have been in the practice for 17 years. We know how rare that is these days and it's testament to the owner's passion to create an environment where everyone in the team can flourish. And flourish they do. The team already includes certificate holders in surgery, medicine, ophthalmology and orthopaedics.
Investment has been made in state-of-the-art kit including all the usual equipment, plus endoscopy, tonopen and laser. The practice is RCVS accredited, 'rabbit friendly' accredited, as well as featuring in Portsmouth's top 3 vet list.

First and foremost you'll have a passion for helping people, as well as animals. We're looking for an avid educator of clients to contribute to the ongoing improvement in the lives of pets in the local area. You'll be confident in all routine procedures and the majority of surgery. You don’t have to have a certificate. If you do, it'll be put to good use. If you want one, you'll be supported to achieve it. If further study isn’t your thing, that's cool too. You'll still be supported in whatever you choose. That’s the beauty of working for someone like our client.
We'd also be interested in speaking to couples who wish to relocate together, as we have a neighbouring practice where a similar role could be made available.
You must be eligible to register with the RCVS as a Veterinary Surgeon to be considered for this position.
