Are you ready to thrive in a role where your skills are valued, your wellbeing matters, and your passion for veterinary care is celebrated? We’re searching for a talented and motivated small animal vet to become part of a close-knit, growing team in Essex.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
Work just 3 days a week (9am–6pm) with a relaxed Saturday rota (1 in 4, mornings only).

No out-of-hours or bank holidays – your time is truly your own.
Be part of a friendly, supportive team who genuinely love what they do.
Build great relationships with loyal, appreciative clients.
Work in a positive, easygoing environment where excellent veterinary care comes first, not corporate targets.
About You: You’ll bring strong clinical skills, confidence in handling a varied caseload, and a genuine dedication to animal welfare. You'll be comfortable with both medical and surgical cases and enjoy the buzz of a busy day without the pressure of an intense corporate setting.
What You’ll Need:
Registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
Solid experience in a clinical setting.
Confidence with diagnostics and laboratory procedures.
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
The Offer:
Competitive salary – up to £65,000 depending on experience.
Company pension scheme for your future.
A vibrant, people-focused practice where your voice will be heard.
