Veterinary Surgeon - All experience levels welcome

Calling all Vets!  
Our clients pride themselves on their ability to adapt and grow with the times, using this proactive and progressive approach to always ensure gold standard care for their patients and clients and a fantastic environment for their team to thrive in.   They are currently looking for a like minded veterinary surgeon to join their established team in their busy Surrey practice.  

The role is full time, permanent working 1 in 4 Saturdays, no Sundays and no out of hours.  Candidates should be passionate, friendly and approachable.  Able to handle a busy and varied caseload, with excellent communication skills and be proud to provide excellent customer service at all times.  It would be advantageous for vets with a keen interest or prior knowledge/skills in ultrasonography or surgery, however this is not essential.

The role would be ideal for a recently graduated veterinary surgeon or someone with a little more experience keen to develop their skills in-house and through further CPD.  The practice currently has a designated echocardiographer for complex cardiac cases and sees a variety of general cases including some more complex orthopaedic cases.  The practice manager and clinical director are keen to help you develop your skills in practice and take on further certificates if you desire.  They offer full clinical freedom and a supportive and open environment for their team, currently consisting of 5 vets, 5 registered vet nurses, 6 student nurses and 5 receptionists supporting.

The practice is well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including digital x-ray, new dopplar ultrasound with ECG, rigid rhinoscope, gastroscope and flexible bronchoscope, dopplar and multiparameter blood pressure machines as well as a full equipped in-house lab.  It is ideally located just outside the city centre, but close enough to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle within just 30 minutes.  It also offers easy access to all major motorways and train stations and is just 30 minutes from both Gatwick and Heathrow airport for travelling longer distances and exploring the rest of the UK and beyond in your free time.
