An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive and forward-thinking practice group in Kent.

This permanent position is ideal for a vet who enjoys variety in their caseload while also seeking opportunities to lead, mentor, and help shape a growing team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be confident with consults, diagnostic procedures, and routine to intermediate surgery. They will also play a key part in coaching and line managing junior colleagues, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing others alongside their own clinical work.

This is a 4-day working week (8.30am–6.00pm) with a fair share of Saturday mornings (8.30am–1.00pm), usually 3–4 Saturdays in 12. Out-of-hours work is covered by a dedicated team, so there is no requirement for overnight or on-call shifts.
