Are you a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon seeking an opportunity to work in a thriving independent practice with a loyal and appreciative client base?

At this practice, they take immense pride in the trust and recognition they've earned from their clients. Voted as the Best Vets in Shropshire for 2023, 2022, and 2021, they cherish the relationships they've built within their community.

As a Veterinary Surgeon with them, you'll have the unique opportunity to work up your own cases, seeing them through from start to finish. This allows you to establish genuine connections with both your patients and their owners, enriching the level of care you provide. All appointments are a minimum of 15 minutes, ensuring you have ample time to deliver exceptional service whenever needed.

Their practice is well-equipped with modern amenities, including ultrasound, digital X-ray, blood pressure monitoring, laser therapy, and hydrotherapy. They prioritize the well-being of their patients and routinely use Sevoflurane, as they firmly believe in doing what's best for them, not simply what's most cost-effective.

As an independent practice, they are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Veterinary Medicine, ensuring they offer cutting-edge options and a high standard of care for their clients. You'll enjoy full clinical control and no restrictions, allowing you to make decisions that best suit your patients' needs.

Joining their team means being part of a close-knit and experienced group. You'll be supported by three highly skilled RVNs and a fantastic team of four reception staff, all working collaboratively to provide the best possible care to their patients.

They understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, which is why they offer a generous package that includes:

5 weeks of holiday, plus Bank Holidays
Option for a 4-day workweek, providing greater flexibility
Every other Saturday morning, ensuring you have time to rest and recharge
No out-of-hours work, allowing you to enjoy your personal time fully
Competitive Compensation and Relocation Package:
They value the skills and experience you bring to their practice. Depending on your expertise, the salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £60,000. Additionally, they are open to discussing a relocation package for the right candidate.

If you are passionate about Veterinary Medicine and delivering outstanding care, they want to hear from you! Be part of their dynamic team that thrives on excellence, compassion, and dedication to their patients.
