Join a long-established, RCVS-accredited, independent mixed practice with 2 branches in beautiful Cornwall. This practice is expanding and looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Whether you have 2-3 years of experience, or are a seasoned vet, this role offers a supportive and engaging team of 9 vets and 13 nurses (full-time equivalents).

Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with a 4-day work week and 15-minute consultations. The out-of-hours rota is shared equally, with one week of out-of-hours duty every 10 weeks and one Saturday morning clinic every 18 weeks. The practice places a strong emphasis on wellbeing and mental health support, ensuring a positive work environment.

Professional development is a priority, with a CPD allowance of 5 days per year with no monetary limit, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Career progression is actively supported, and the competitive salary starts from £45k, increasing with experience.
