Are you passionate about veterinary care and looking for a role that offers flexibility and a fantastic work-life balance? My client are expanding their team to accommodate a growing client base and the relocation of a valued team member. This is your chance to join a dynamic and supportive practice where your skills and interests can truly flourish. Situated in beautiful Dorset with miles of stunning coastline, serene countryside and some of the best weather in the UK no wonder the life expectancy is higher here than anywhere else in the country! Not only that but the area is steeped in history with incredible architecture and lots of cultural activities to enjoy.
The practice is purpose-built, boasting excellent facilities including an operating theatre, two dedicated consult rooms, a nurse consult room/x-ray room, and all the essential equipment you’d expect from a top-tier GP practice. This includes a new digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, and full multi-parameter monitoring equipment. The team is also open to investing in additional equipment to support your areas of interest.
You'll be joining a forward-thinking and experienced team who are eager to embrace new ideas to enhance clinical care and client service for their loyal and expanding client base.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident with routine neutering, procedures, and emergency and critical care. While sole charge will not be a significant part of your rota, confidence in handling such periods is essential.
My client is committed to creating a flexible and enjoyable workplace where you can thrive both clinically and non-clinically. Applications are welcome from both full-time and part-time vets. With no out-of-hours requirement and the practice closed on Sundays, you’ll have ample time to enjoy life outside of work.
Structured days include 15-minute consults as standard, with dedicated time for lunch and administrative tasks. Regular team meetings ensure open communication and continuous improvement in patient and client care.
