About the Role

As a Veterinary Surgeon at this Nottingham based practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering preventive services, treating sick and injured pets, and promoting pet wellbeing. Your excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach will help you integrate seamlessly with our clinical and non-clinical team members. Whether you hold a surgical certificate or have 3+ years of GP experience with a strong surgical bias, your expertise will be crucial in providing top-notch care.

The Practice

This purpose-built, spacious veterinary practice is equipped with fantastic facilities and a dedicated team of 6 RVNs and 4 Veterinary Surgeons. My client pride themselves on their commitment to training and supporting students, many of whom join permanently after qualifying. Continuous professional development is a cornerstone of the practice, with several team members currently pursuing certificates in various specialities.

The Team

The team is a blend of experienced professionals and enthusiastic learners, all working towards enhancing their clinical skills. There are Vets specialising in ophthalmology, internal medicine, and surgery, supported by a knowledgeable and friendly nursing team and the strong reception team ensures smooth operations and excellent client service. State-of-the-art surgeries are designed to offer a calm environment for patients and a supportive workplace for colleagues.
