Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? My client is excited to welcome a dedicated professional to their expanding practice, now under new ownership and brimming with fresh ideas. With a competitive salary of up to £65,000 (FTE, DOE) and a host of benefits designed to enhance your professional and personal life, this role is perfect for someone who thrives onsurgical challenges and values continuous development.

My client pride themselves on their state-of-the-art facilities, including a CT scanner, a rehabilitation centre with hydrotherapy and physiotherapy, and a range of modern diagnostic tools such as digital radiography and ultrasound. Their recent relocation has allowed them to double in size, offering even more opportunities to provide exceptional care to their patients. You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, kindness, and clinical excellence, supported by experienced nurses and approachable management.

This role is ideally full-time, but part-time or flexible working arrangements can be discussed to suit your needs. Your professional growth is a priority, with generous CPD allowances and support for certificate studies. Enjoy the benefits of no out-of-hours, Sunday, or Bank Holiday duties, and a manageable 1 in 4 Saturday rota from 9 am to 12 pm. They also ensure protected time for case follow-ups, dedicated lunch breaks, and paid professional memberships (RCVS, VDS, and one other of your choice).

They are looking for a confident veterinary surgeon with at least five years of experience in consultations and routine surgeries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to excellent patient care and client service, are essential.

The area offers an excellent quality of life, with affordable housing, access to beautiful countryside, and easy transport links to major cities. The area boasts a welcoming community, good schools, and a vibrant arts and leisure scene.
