Veterinary Surgeon - Permanent Part-Time (Day Team) - West Yorkshire

Role Details:
- Fixed Shift Pattern:
Wednesday ????9-6:00 ????consults (30 min sick pet as standard)
Thursday ???? 9-8:00???? consults (30 min sick pet as standard)
1 in 4 weekends* either 7:30-6, 9:30-8 or 10-8:30 shifts
- Advanced Procedures: Be part of a practice that frequently performs advanced procedures such as oesophageal tube placements, chest drain placements, and endoscopy, among others.
- Cutting-Edge Equipment: Work with state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, advanced ultrasound with Doppler, CT, flexible video gastroscope, and more.
Requirements:
1. General Practitioner: A well-rounded vet with UK first opinion experience, eager to work in a supportive hospital environment. Ideal for those seeking further certificate-level support and development.

2. Vets with an interest in Ophthalmology, Dermatology or Feline Medicine: With a large referral potential from 19 practices feeding into the hospital, this role offers a unique chance to expand your expertise and run referral clinics in these areas.
Caseload Variety:
Regularly handle a diverse range of cases including caesareans, pyometra, exploratory laparotomies, Addisonian and diabetic cases, and severe pancreatitis. This variety ensures no two days are the same and keeps your skills sharp.
