The team includes RVNs with specialist training in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour, and Schedule 3 surgical procedures. Whether you’re leading consultations, monitoring anaesthetics, or providing exceptional in-patient care, you'll be empowered to excel in your role. The clinics are equipped with modern tools and technology to help you deliver the best care possible.

The practice is led by four partners—two vets, one RVN, and a practice manager—ensuring every role has a voice. The 60-strong team is dedicated to delivering excellent clinical care and an exceptional client experience. The clinical team across the three practices includes 14 vets, 12 RVNs, 2 VCAs, 3 GPD-trained Clinical Lead Vets, and 3 Clinical Coach RVNs. Continual development is a priority, and you’ll always have a team to lean on, even when you’re not in the same building.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £36,000, depending on experience, with flexible working options (30 to 40 hours per week).
