The practice is seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic experienced 
small animal Veterinary Surgeon to enhance their small yet dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work alongside a team member who holds a surgical certificate, ready to provide support and mentorship in this area and with the absence of sole charge responsibilities which ensures a collaborative environment. The role is perfect for those looking to further hone their skills or for those with more experience develop their areas of interest in a supportive environment.

The clinical team, comprising 5 veterinary surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) and 6 Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs), places a strong emphasis on the wellbeing and professional growth of each member. 

In recognition of the invaluable contributions of the staff, the practice offers a competitive base salary for this full time, permanent role and a benefits package designed to support work-life balance and professional development, including a 4-day working week, 1 in 4 weekends, and no out-of-hours commitments.
