Lead Clinical Director - Somerset and Wiltshire

Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum FTE (D.O.E)

The role offers the autonomy, scale, and support necessary for you to truly make your mark. The practice is home to a highly experienced team, including Certificate holders, ensuring you are surrounded by top-tier professionals, with diverse clinical interests, including orthopaedics, ECC, cardiology, exotics, internal medicine, ultrasound imaging, and dentistry. 

As you would expect from such a prestigious practice the clinical facilities are state of the art, include modern theatres, laparoscopic kits, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, orthopaedic surgery, isolation wards, well-equipped consult rooms, an onsite laboratory, and a CT scanner. All branches are ISFM Cat Friendly Clinics with dedicated feline appointment blocks. 

Located on the Somerset/Wiltshire border, the practice offers the perfect blend of rural calm and cultural vibrancy. You’ll be close to the The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath and Salisbury, and have direct train links to London, Bath, and Bristol, with the south coast just an hour away.

Our client is seeking a Clinical Director who combines outstanding clinical ability with inspirational leadership. You will bring vision, drive, and compassion to the role, helping shape the future of the practice. You should have extensive clinical experience as an MRCVS with a minimum of 3+ years leading a practice or in a multi-site practice, experience in managing budgets, delivering financial performance, and KPIs, and excellent communication skills. Leadership and line management experience are essential, along with the ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and resilience.
