Clinical Director – South Yorkshire

Are you an experienced veterinary professional ready to take the next step in your career? My client based in South Yorkshire, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to lead and inspire their well-established team of seven vets. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical work, leadership, and strategic planning, all within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Why join?

Professional Growth: Here professional development is a priority. You will have the opportunity to coach and mentor colleagues, shaping the future of veterinary care while advancing your own skills. The in house leadership scheme offers additional training and development to ensure you thrive in your role.

From digital imaging and ultrasound to laparoscopic surgery and endoscopy, you will have access to the tools needed to provide exceptional care.

Work-Life Balance: Flexibility is key. My client understands the importance of balancing professional commitments with personal life. Whether you need specific working hours or are looking for a part-time arrangement, we are open to discussions to find a schedule that suits you.

What's on Offer

- Competitive Salary: £60-65k, commensurate with experience
- Generous Leave: 6.6 weeks holiday, including Bank Holidays, with the option to buy and sell additional leave
- Professional Development: £2,000 CPD allowance per annum, with more available for certificate holders; advanced study is encouraged and funded
