Clinical Lead (first time Leads applicable) - £85,000 - Stunning Coastal location

This role has it all Clinical Lead, £85,000 salary and situated in a beautiful Yorkshire coastal town ranked as one of the best places to live in England in a new property league table - what more do you need!

Are you an experienced vet ready to take the next step in your career? My client is looking for a full-time Clinical Lead to join their small, friendly, and experienced team. This role is a fantastic chance to progress into leadership, inspire a dedicated team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the practice.

Imagine working in a supportive environment where you can learn on the job and collaborate closely with the Practice Manager in the day-to-day running of the practice. With the backing of a highly knowledgeable regional team, you will have all the support you need to thrive. The practice is deeply rooted in the community and is committed to ensuring that every team member has the working pattern and environment they need to succeed.

The role is perfect for someone who is comfortable with sole charge and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. There are no out-of-hours requirements, and the practice is closed on Sundays, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. The well-established and growing client base offers a diverse array of cases, ensuring that no two days are the same.

Located in a charming seaside location, the practice is less than a mile from the picturesque seafront and close to the train station, offering excellent transport links to nearby towns and cities. The area boasts award-winning beaches, scenic coastal walks and nature reserves, home to a spectacular array of wildlife. If beaches aren't your thing, the surrounding countryside offers beautiful and scenic walks for miles!

The purpose-built practice is equipped with all the tools you would expect in a busy general practice and holds Gold ISFM cat-friendly and Silver RWAF practice status. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £85,000 (DOE). Additional benefits include paid memberships, CPD allowance and support towards certification, private healthcare, income protection, and a relocation package.

If you are ready to take the next step in your veterinary career and lead a dedicated team in a beautiful location, get in touch today!
