The team consists of 3 veterinarians, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, and 5 non-clinical colleagues, including a Practice Manager.
As Clinical Lead, you will lead and develop the team and guide the practice with its loyal and expanding client base and varied caseload to deliver top-class clinical standards and client care.

The practice is conveniently located close to the M54 and main bus routes for commuting purposes.
In the heart of Shropshire, you're only 30 minutes from the beautiful Shropshire Hills and under an hour from Birmingham City Centre. This makes it the perfect location for enjoying outdoor adventures or city nightlife outside of work, and they work hard to ensure all of their team maintain a good work-life balance to do so.

They are generous with their CPD offering and actively encourage and support colleagues to further their interests and develop their skills in a direction of their choosing.
Proactivity, teamwork, and solid surgical and medical skills are required for this role. Your key to success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the position, delivering excellent patient and client care while enjoying the variety it brings.

This position is full-time, with some weekends on a fair rota basis, shared with the rest of the team.
There is no out-of-hours requirement, and they are always happy to look at flexible working and job-share options.
As a major employer, they offer standard benefits such as a pension, healthcare, and paid memberships, as well as a competitive salary. They also offer excellent career progression, exclusive lifestyle and shopping discounts, and relocation packages from within or outside the UK, including visa sponsorship if needed (we are an A+ rated sponsor).

You must be eligible to register with the RCVS as a Veterinary Surgeon to be considered for this position.

If you share their passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare and exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. Apply now for this exciting opportunity.
