Veterinary Surgeon

Based in South Leicestershire, they operateas a two-branch small animal clinic offering excellent first opinion veterinary medicine and surgery. 

They have a mixed team of varying ages and stages of career, which offers a wealth of expertise, along with visiting veterinarians to assist with both case management and team development. Their nursing team focuses on animal care and provides a complete service to both clients and colleagues. Their reception team thrives on providing the best client journey. And most importantly, their management team has the best interests of the team at heart.

You'll be a proactive small animal vet and an enthusiastic team player, who is keen to learn and develop themselves as well as the practice. You'll be offered flexibility of working hours to accommodate individual circumstances. This could mean last starts, early finishes or part time hours. Full time hours of 40 per week are worked over 4 days, with no OOH.

The practice is part of a larger group whose principles are very much based on looking after their practices and team members and providing support and encouragement on all levels. Always seeking staff feedback and involvement, there are opportunities for things from in-house CPD to joining Clinical Boards. With all this comes some great benefits too competitive 5 days funded CPD, with encouragement or support to undertake certificates; pension and 7.33 weeks holiday (prorata). Visa sponsorship is available.
