This practice is led by an experienced RVN celebrating a decade with the team and recently stepping into the role of owner. With exciting plans for a relaunch and rebrand, as well as future expansion, this is a thrilling time to become part of a dynamic and evolving environment. They are looking for a passionate, experienced vet to assist in shaping the team and protocols to be the best they can be.

The team currently consists of 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, and 4 CCAs, all committed to delivering exceptional care. The practice is conveniently located near stunning countryside, local amenities, and has direct train access to London and beyond, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000, dependent on experience, along with a generous annual leave of 5.6 weeks. Additional benefits include a contributory pension scheme, private healthcare, and paid memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS). The practice is also generous with CPD offerings, actively encouraging colleagues to further their interests and develop their skills, including support for postgraduate qualifications or certificates.

Flexibility is key, with full-time hours preferred but a willingness to work with you to find a pattern that suits both parties. The weekend rota is fair, with 1 in 3 Saturdays and limited cover. While there will be an element of sole charge, there are no out-of-hours responsibilities.
