Veterinary Surgeon - Flexible OOH rota 4 on/8 off, 5 on/10 off, or 7 on/14 off

As an Out of Hours Veterinary Surgeon, you will manage emergency and urgent cases, provide overnight care for inpatients, and ensure the highest standard of clinical care during out-of-hours periods. This role promises exposure to a diverse range of fascinating and challenging cases, all while working alongside a skilled night RVN team and receiving full support from the day referral clinical team.

You will join a stable clinical team of over 40 talented professionals, including Advanced Practitioners and experienced certificate holders in various disciplines such as Orthopaedics, Medicine, ECC, Surgery, Imaging, and Exotics.

The hospital is equipped with advanced facilities, including CT, ultrasound, an endoscopy suite, operating loupes, a slit lamp, CryoPen, and a fully equipped ICU. With 24/7 onsite hospitalisation and dedicated night RVNs and auxiliary staff, you will have everything you need to provide exceptional care.

This role also offers the chance to develop your ECC skills or pursue a certificate in your specific field of interest, with tailored CPD support to help you grow. The competitive salary of £80,000 per annum (FTE), depending on experience and skillset, reflects the value placed on your expertise.
