Are you looking for an adventure? Keen to travel the world and experience new things, working along the way!?
Our clients are one of Hong Kong’s largest veterinary groups and are currently looking for an experienced, empathetic and enthusiastic veterinary surgeon to join their team.
The role itself is full time, permanent working a 5 day week – 10 hour shifts with 1 hour lunch break -and is suitable for veterinary surgeons with a minimum of 3 year’s experience in practice. Due to the varied caseload you will be working with, applicants should be confident working up orthopaedic cases and be qualified in pet acupuncture. You will also be confident performing routine consultations, performing general surgical procedures and caring for inpatient and emergencies as they come in. You will be passionate about providing top quality care and diligently follow and reinforce company protocols. You will be encouraged to continue with CPD and further training, building on your skill set every day and will ideally have excellent people and organisational skills.
Hong Kong itself benefits from a very low crime rate and offers anyone who visits a great mix of bustling city, tropical beaches, and hundreds of islands to explore. You will have easy access to a vast pool of hiking trails, bike trails and campsites as well as incredible bars, restaurants and shops to discover in your free time. It also provides you with the perfect base for travel to and around the rest of Asia, what’s not to like!
