Family-run independent practice seeking a dedicated professional to join a close-knit team in Warrington.

At the practice, it's not just about providing veterinary care; it's about building lasting relationships with their clients and community. With a focus on delivering top-quality, affordable care,  they pride ourselves on being a trusted pillar in the local area. Over 50% of clients are insured, allowing the team to prioritize necessary treatments without financial constraints. Client satisfaction is paramount, and it's reflected in everything they do. Voted the ‘best for pets’ in Warrington 2023, they're renowned for their patient-focused approach. Their popularity with local pet owners is the reason for the current expansion, as demand for their services continues to grow.

They handle a diverse caseload, from cruciate, patella and BOAS surgeries, to dermatology and chemotherapy, ensuring every pet receives the tailored care they deserve. The practice culture is centered on well-being, with regular team-building activities like escape rooms and bowling to foster camaraderie and support amongst the staff.

This is the ideal role for you if you are coming to the end of a graduate programme and eager to further develop your skills in a supportive environment. Join the team and work alongside two experienced vet surgeons, one a surgical certificate holder and the other having a medical bias. You’ll also be supported by 3 RVNs with interests in surgery and anaesthetics. You’ll be given the freedom to develop your own areas of interest and there is potential for future senior positions, as the team continues to grow.

Enjoy the convenience of working in a single building, with no branch work or additional travel during your working day. You’ll have the choice of a 3 or 4-day week, with fixed day/s off. Saturday mornings are just 1:3 and there are no additional on call requirements.

We're seeking a surgeon with not just surgical skills, but also exceptional bedside manner. You’ll share the belief that care comes first and you’ll handle both basic procedures and sole charge Saturday morning clinics with confidence and compassion.
