- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week (Monday to Friday) and a manageable 1 in 4 weekends schedule, ensuring you have ample time to recharge and pursue personal interests.
- Professional Development: Benefit from a £1,500 annual CPD allowance with certificate sponsorship encouraged. Be part of a proactive in-house CPD/Clinical development veterinary team, ensuring continuous growth and learning.
- Supportive Environment: Work alongside a team of 70 colleagues, including 15 experienced vets, with in-house support from certificate holders in surgery, medicine, and dentistry.
Role Details:
- Consult-Focused Position: Primarily seeking a consult-only vet, ideal for those who excel in patient consultations and inpatient care.
- Specialisation Opportunities: If you have experience in ophthalmology, combine your skills with dedicated ophthalmology clinics and procedure days, contributing to the development of these services.
- Inpatient/Hospital Care: For experienced vets with a passion for inpatient care and imaging, this role offers the chance to combine consulting with hospital shifts.
Requirements:
- Experience: This position is suited for experienced vets with significant UK practice experience. It is not open to new vets or those needing extensive in-house training.
- Skill Set: Proficiency in advanced procedures such as oesophageal tube placements, chest drain placements, and endoscopy is highly valued.
