Veterinary Surgeon – Full Time - Nottinghamshire

Imagine working in a bright, air-conditioned surgery equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Digital X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, ultrasonic dental, biochemistry, microscope, and full surgical facilities. The practice, led by a highly experienced RVN, boasts a close-knit team of 3.5 Vets, 3 Nurses, 2 Veterinary Care Assistants, and 4 Receptionists. With 28 years of practice under their belt, she has been a partner for 19 years and fosters a supportive and collaborative environment.

Conveniently located next to the canal and local shops, and just a short drive from the M1 and Nottingham city centre, the practice is easily accessible, making your commute a breeze.

They are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong surgical bias. Confidence in a wide range of surgical procedures, particularly in emergency and critical care, is essential. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior vets, contributing to a strong, collaborative clinical team.

This full-time role involves working 40 hours per week, including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings from 9 am to 12 pm. They are committed to your professional development, offering an excellent CPD package and support for those interested in pursuing further qualifications.
