About the Team and Culture
This is a team of talented, kind, and dedicated professionals who work from purpose-built facilities designed for modern veterinary care. With an RCVS-accredited main hospital and multiple branch practices across South Wales, the clinics offer an excellent standard of equipment and are recognised with Silver Cat Friendly status.
Leadership is approachable, hands-on, and genuinely invested in each team member’s success. There are no commercial targets—just a shared commitment to delivering the best clinical care possible. Every opinion matters, every contribution is valued, and every team member is encouraged to bring their authentic self to work.
It’s a vibrant mix of personalities and interests, from surfers and hikers to coffee lovers, football fans, and Dungeons & Dragons enthusiasts. The common thread? A shared love of animals and a genuine passion for what they do.
Flexibility and Work–Life Balance
The practice offers an in-house out-of-hours service, with most vets taking part in either the first-on-call or back-up rota. However, flexibility is at the heart of the culture — roles can be tailored to suit personal commitments and career ambitions, ensuring a healthy balance between professional fulfilment and life outside of work.

Situated in beautiful South Wales, the location provides an enviable lifestyle mix. To the east lies vibrant Cardiff, to the west dynamic Swansea, with the rugged Brecon Beacons to the north and award-winning beaches to the south.
