Based in a historical town in the West Midlands, just a short drive from Birmingham City Centre and Birmingham Airport but within easy access of country parks and green spaces galore, you have the best of both worlds with this location, with excellent transport links to London and beyond!
This role offers the chance to work alongside a highly experienced Clinic Director, two other vets, and a dedicated team of 5 RVNs, 2 VCAs, and 4 FTE front-of-house Care Coordinators. With a preference for candidates boasting 2+ years of experience, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys a collaborative environment and has a great sense of humour.
The working schedule is designed to provide a balanced mix of consulting and theatre slots, with daily administration time factored in. The role involves a 4-day workweek from 08:45 am to 7:00 pm, with 15-minute consults. There is a 1:4 Saturday morning rota from 08:30 am to 1:00 pm, which will increase as the clinic and vet team grow. Importantly, there are no out-of-hours commitments.
