My client based in Leicester, is seeking a Clinical Director to join their exceptional team. This role offers the unique chance to shape the future of the practice, lead with purpose, and continue delivering outstanding patient care.

As Clinical Director, you will spend 80% of your time on clinical duties and 20% on non-clinical responsibilities, all based at the hospital branch. This ensures continuity and stability, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the practice.

You will have:

- 10+ years of veterinary experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Confidence in all aspects of primary care practice
- A passion for mentoring and developing new graduates and team members
