The role itself as an Out of Hours (OOH) Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon presents a unique working pattern, offering an enviable work-life balance with a 7 on 14 off rota with some flexibility to suit you. This structure provides ample time for personal pursuits while ensuring engagement with a diverse and stimulating caseload when on duty.
Candidates for this role should ideally possess a passion for veterinary medicine, a commitment to excellence in patient care, and a desire to continuously learn and improve. Experience in emergency care is advantageous, but the drive to succeed and a willingness to embrace the ethos of the practice are paramount.
