Registered Veterinary Nurse

The team’s special interests in soft tissue surgery and exotic animals mean that no two days are the same, offering you ample opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge. The practice encourages nurses to undertake schedule three activities and supports continuous professional development (CPD) in areas that spark your interest.

Monthly team meetings and regular one-to-ones ensure that your voice is heard, allowing you to contribute to practice protocols and your own career progression. The practice fosters a collaborative atmosphere where everyone’s input is valued.

This full-time position includes 1 in 3 Saturdays, with flexible part-time hours also considered. The practice operates from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays, with no work required on Sundays or bank holidays. During your Saturday shifts, you will have the support of a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA).

In return for your dedication, the practice offers a competitive salary based on experience, 5.6 weeks of holiday (increasing to 6.6 weeks after two years), plus your birthday off.
