The Senior Veterinary Surgeon will work closely with the Clinical Director, supporting team development, maintaining high clinical standards, and contributing to the growth and ongoing success of the practice.

Ideal candidate profile:
A confident and capable small animal vet, ideally with experience in a leadership or mentoring role
Enjoys working across consultations, surgery, hospitalised cases, and emergencies
Demonstrates excellent communication and decision-making skills
Passionate about delivering clinical excellence and mentoring others
Holds or is working towards a certificate (not essential)
Enthusiastic about leading by example and contributing to the wider clinical strategy
What’s on offer:
£55,000–£70,000 salary, dependent on experience
Full-time – 40 hours per week over 4 days, 1:4 Saturday mornings (with time off in lieu), no out-of-hours
5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and birthday leave
