Your Role and Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear updates to clients about their pets' progress.
- Uphold the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring timely payments.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to enhance commercial performance.
- Mentor and develop your team, sharing new practices and standards.
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange patient transfers for out-of-hours care.
- Support and share clinical best practices within the community.

Your Skills and Experience

- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Proven clinical leadership skills.
- Experience in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients.
- Understanding of how exceptional care improves client experience.
- Ability to implement a progressive clinical culture.
- Experience in achieving strong commercial performance.
- Effective team player with coaching and influencing skills.
