About Your New Practice:
They're on the verge of achieving general practice status through the RCVS practice standards scheme, and they're ready to take their practice to new heights. They're expanding their facilities, adding 2 theaters, 5 consultation rooms, an imaging room, extra kennel space, a larger cattery, and prep areas. Their commitment to excellence is reflected in their state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, biochemistry, and hematology machines, as well as multi-parameter monitoring equipment.

Your New Team:
You'll be welcomed into a close-knit team of down-to-earth, friendly vets who are eager to share their wealth of expertise. Your team includes certificate holders in surgery, medicine and two advanced practitioners.
They're fortunate to have a large team of experienced, dedicated RVNs and support staff who share their passion for delivering the best veterinary care to their patients and their owners. They actively encourage certification among their team to enhance their internal expertise.

Work-Life Balance:
They understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance. That's why they offer a four-day workweek, with flexibility to accommodate important appointments, family events, and emergencies. Their on-call duties are shared among the team, with a maximum rotation of 1:7, allowing for a Monday off after being on-call and a three-day weekend following. Their experienced night nurse team ensures 24-hour on-site care.
